World Health Organization holds briefing on the coronavirus pandemic – 4/17/2020

World Health Organization officials hold a press conference to update the public on the coronavirus outbreak, which has infected more than 2.1 million people across the globe. The pandemic has caused at least 146,071 fatalities, according to data compiled by Johns Hopkins University. President Donald Trump announced earlier in the week that the U.S. will suspend funding to WHO while it reviews the agency’s response to the Covid-19 pandemic.
