World Health Organization officials hold a press conference Friday to update the public on the coronavirus outbreak, which has infected more than 61.15 million globally, according to data compiled by Johns Hopkins University. The U.S. has now recorded more than 12.88 million Covid-19 cases. Public health officials have warned Thursday’s Thanksgiving holiday could exacerbate the outbreak in the U.S.
